Warranty Policy

Everzon is an authorized agent of all brands and can guarantee all products from factories. Our aim of management: Original assembled real product, quality guarantee, deliver on time, preference price. Please check the package and all items carefully and test them to make sure whether they can work well after receiving the goods. However, sometimes the products you receive might not perform as expected upon delivery or after time for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be responsible for you.

Returns & Exchange Policy

USA Customers

Returns & Refunds:

  • If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. All items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents included.
  • You must first contact us at support@everzon.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping costs for returning items to Everzon are the responsibility of the customer. Everzon is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Items that have been used, altered, or modified
  • Consumable items such as e-liquids, coils, and batteries (if opened)

 

Replacement Policy:

  • If your item is found to be defective within 3 months of purchase, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund. To expedite the process, please provide your order number, product details, and a description of the defect, along with photos or videos.

 

Warranty:

  • All items come with a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use. Warranty period is calculated from the day when the order is delivered.

 

Missing Items:

  • If an item is missing from your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, the missing item name, and clear pictures of the packaging and shipping labels.

 

Defective Items:

If your items are broken unfortunately, In order to save your shipping fee, there is no need for you to send these defects back, please contact us via Email (support@everzon.com) ASAP! But the following information needs to be provided when asking for replacements:

1) Order number/date:
2) Product name and quantity:
3) Serial number and warranty code(With picture):
4) Defective description:
5) Defective Video or pictures:

Note:
* Video/Video link or picture must be straight to the point and show the problem clearly
* Serial Number is a must

(You also need to send us a picture of the S/N number, and security number. See the picture below for reference)

Q: When will I receive a replacement?
Once manufacturer confirms the problem, we will apply replacement to you asap.
Please send to our customer service team: support@everzon.com.Sometimes when the replacement is not available, we will ship your order first and leave the replacement sent to you with your next order. 

Solutions

*Once we confirm the problem, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.

*Alternatively we can arrange a refund of the missing item for you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

UK Customers
